Barbi Benton (born Barbara Lynn Klein; January 28 1950) is an American former actress, model, TV personality and a singer. Benton is famous for her appearances in Playboy magazine, as a four-season regular on the comedy series Hee Haw and for recording several moderately successful albums in the 1970s. Benton was forced to quit the show business following the birth of her son in the year 1986. After attending UCLA to pursue a career as a veterinarian, she was unable to endure the thought of having blood. She decided to start modeling. After graduating from her high school years, she enrolled in UCLA and at 18, she was employed by Playboy to be a part of their entertainment show Playboy After Dark. It began as an extra but Hugh Hefner became infatuated with Benton and she was soon elevated to co-host.
