She has appeared as Stephanie Horton on Mad Men as well as Officer Kirsten Lary on MTV's Death Valley (2011), Annie In The Pact (2013) and Sara Lance/The Canary/WhiteCanary on the CW's Arrowverse TV series. She also has appeared in Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl. SheThority is an empowerment group for women. Lotz joined Soccx in 2005. Their debut single, "From Dusk Till Dawn (Get to the Party Get It Started)," was released in the year 2006. The group followed it up by releasing "Scream Out Loud" in 2007. Both songs made it to the top 10 of Germany. The group's debut album, Hold On was released in 2007 as well. The third single from the group, "Can’t Take My Eyes Off You", came out in 2008.
