Danielle Colby (born December 3, 1975) is a American reality television personality who is a part of the History reality television show American Pickers.Danielle Colby was born in Davenport, Iowa, and brought up as Jehovah's Witness. She was married to Robert Strong, an Englishman and father of two children. Colby's TV career ultimately resulted in her divorce. In May 2012, she revealed to WQAD-TV that "fame and notoriety aren't easy for him to deal with, and which is why the marriage was never able to work out".While staying with her family in Chicago, she attended a burlesque performance starring comedian Margaret Cho and dancer Satan's Angel. This inspired her to have the desire to be a burlesque dancer; and after moving back with her family in the Quad Cities region in Iowa In October 14, 2014, Colby owned a burlesque academy known as Dannie Diesel's Bump and' Grind Academy located in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.
