Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson, born 15 April 1990 is an English actress. Her work is well-known for her appearances in blockbusters as well as independent films as well in her feminist rights activism, she's received numerous awards, including a Young Artist Award and three MTV Movie Awards. Watson has been ranked as one of the top actresses in the world by Forbes and Vanity Fair, and was listed as one of the 100 most influential people around the globe by Time magazine in 2015.Watson attended the Dragon School and trained in acting at the Oxford branch of Stagecoach Theatre Arts. After her role in the Harry Potter films as Hermione Granger, Watson rose to stardom as a child. She had previously only been in school plays. Watson was also in the TV adaptation of the novel Ballet Shoes and lent her voice to The Tale of Despereaux (2008). Following the final Harry Potter film, Watson appeared in a role as a support in My Week with Marilyn (2011). Watson then appeared in the role of Sam who was a flirtatious character.
