Matt Brown

 Matthew Burton Brown, born January 10, 1981 Matthew Burton Brown, born January 10, 1981, is an American mixed martial artist who fights in the Welterweight division at the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional fighter since 2004 Brown was a contestant on the 7th season of The Ultimate Fighter television series and holds the current record for most knockouts in UFC Welterweight history.Brown was born and was raised in Jamestown, Ohio. After being taught at home for a period of two years, Brown enrolled in Greeneview High School where he struggled to find friends. In an unimportant town that had no foreseeable future outside of the low-paying factory job as a machinist, Brown became frustrated and turned to drugs and alcohol. Brown was addicted to methamphetamine, used cocaine regularly, and often got into fights at events. He was homeless in his 20s and was in prison following an overdose of heroin.
