Michelle Suzanne Dockery (better source required) was born on December 15, 1981. She is an English actress in film and on television. Her most notable character is Lady Mary Crawley, an ITV period drama series. The show was nominated for the Golden Globe Award and three Primetime Emmy Awards. Dockery also made her stage debut with His Dark Materials in 2004. For her role in the role of Eliza Doolittle in the 2007 London revival of Pygmalion she was nominated for the Evening Standard Award.
