Nick Cannon

 Nicholas Scott Cannon (born October 8 in 1980) is an American television host, actor, rapper, and comedian. Cannon began his career in television when he was a teenager, by hosting All That. He later was able to host the Nick Cannon Show, The Nick Cannon Show and Wild 'n Out, America's Got Talent, Lip Sync Battle Shorties and The Masked Singer. Cannon was in the movies Drumline, Love Don't Cost a Thing, as well as Roll Bounce. He also performed as a rapper, and released his debut album, self-titled in 2003. The album featured the single "Gigolo", a collaboration between R. Kelly. He was the lead character in the movie Goal II: Living the Dream of TJ Harper who was an imaginary footballer. Cannon recorded "Dime Piece" in 2006 and "My Wife" on the album Stages. This album was never released. Cannon was raised mostly by his paternal grandfather who he and his biological father called "dad". As a youngster, Cannon grew up in Lincoln Park's Bay Vista Housing Projects, which is a gang-ridden section of Southeast San Diego. Cannon was part of the "Lincoln Park Bloods street group" when he was in his teens However, he said that he'd lost a friend and he made the decision to quit his group.
