 Michael Oher, an American offensive lineman in the NFL, has a net worth $16 million. Oher's life story was portrayed in the Oscar Award-winning film "The Blind Side" which starred Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. Michael's role was played by Quinton Aaron.Michael Oher was born on May 28, 1986 , in Memphis, Tennessee. Oher was the son of Denise Oher, who was an addict to crack cocaine and alcohol, and a father, Michael Jerome Williams, who was frequently in jail. Because of his environment and his family, he was not given much attention or discipline during his childhood. He was a repeat student in both the second and first grades, and attended eleven schools during his first nine years as a pupil. At the age of seven the boy was placed in foster care. He lived in different foster homes, and was subject to times of being homeless. The father of Oher's biological mother was a former cellmate of Denise Oher's brother. He was shot dead in prison at the time Oher was a senior in high school. When he was 16 years old, Sean Tuohy was able to take Michael Oher in and Leigh Anne Tuohy became Oher's mother.
