American actress Jami Beth Gertz was born October 28th, 1965. Gertz is well-known for her roles in Crossroads, The Lost Boys and Less than Zero, the 1980s' television series Square Pegs, and 1996's Twister. Gertz also appeared in the roles of Judy Miller on CBS' Still Standing, and Debbie Weaver on ABC's The Neighbors. She is the owner of Atlanta Hawks, the National Basketball Association. Her husband Tony Ressler discovered her in an effort to find talent across the nation. Gertz as who was a child actor, appeared as featured in a single episode of Diff'rent Strokes with Andrew Dice Clay. Gertz was also in a regular role as Blair's friend, and fellow schoolmate Boots St. Clair on The Facts of Life. Gertz's first film appearance was in 1981's romance film Endless Love. She then played the co-starring role on the sitcom TV series 1982-83 Square Pegs. Her role in the sitcom series Less than Zero in 1987 was a major highlight.
