Raquel Welch

 Jo Raquel Welch (nye Tejada 5 September 1940) is an American actress.She first gained attention for her performance in Fantastic Voyage (1966), following which she was awarded an agreement with 20th Century Fox. They lent her contract to British studio Hammer Film Productions, for whom she made One Million Years B.C. (1966). While she only had three dialogue lines in the film pictures of her in her bikini with the doe's skin became famous posters that made her an international sex icon. Later, she starred in Bedazzled (1967), Bandolero! (1968), 100 Riffles (1969), Myra Breckinridge (70) as well as Hannie Caulder (71). She made several television variety specials.Through her role as a female characters with strength, which helped in her breaking the stereotype of the typical sexual symbol, Welch developed a unique film personality that became an icon in the 1970s and 1960s. Her rise to stardom in the mid-1960s was partly due to her halting Hollywood's aggressive promotion of the blonde bombshell. She was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture Actress in a Musical or Comedy in 1974 for her performance in The Three Musketeers.
