Whitney Cummings

 Whitney Cummings (born September 4, 1982) is an American stand-up comedian as well as an actress as well as a writer, director, producer as well as an investor and podcaster.A native of Washington, DC, Cummings began her career in comedy in Los Angeles after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied in the hopes to become a journalist. She started stand-up comedy in 2004 and was a regular presenter at the Chelsea Lately roundtable. After creating, producing and starring in Whitney, a sitcom on NBC, she portrayed an unreplicatable, semi-fictionalized character of her own. The show ran for two seasons before it was cut in 2013. Cummings also created CBS the sitcom 2 Broke Girls in 2011.
