Army Veteran

 Veteran (from Latin vetus 'old') is someone who has a lot of experience (and is typically skilled and esteemed) and has expertise in a specific occupation or field. A veteran of the military is one who has retired from serving in the military. There is a lot of information that has been collected through centuries of scholarly research. It seeks to understand and describe the experiences of veterans both in and out of military service. Griffith and colleagues provide an overview of the research field that addresses veterans general well-being and transition from military service to civilian life, homelessness, veteran work, civic engagement as well as veteran identity and many more topics that come up frequently.
