 LaMelo is an American professional basketball player with an estimated net worth of $20 million. LaMelo was born in Chino Hills in California, in August 2001. He is the son of LaVar and Lonzo Ball. He is also the older brother of LiAngelo and Linzo Ball. The first time he became famous was when he appeared in the Facebook Watch reality show "Ball in the Family" .LaMelo Ball is a point guard who played at Chino Hills High School and the SPIRE Institute. In 2016 he was named the MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year. In 2018, he was a player for the Los Angeles Ballers of the Junior Basketball Association and for Prienai in the Lithuanian Basketball League. LaMelo was the winner of the JBA championship in 2018 and was named as a JBA All Star. He was a state champion alongside his brothers at high school. He decided to not play at UCLA to play in Australia.In the 2020 NBA draft LaMelo was picked as the third overall selection by the Charlotte Hornets. After signing the $16 million 2-year agreement, LaMelo was signed to the long-term $100 million shoe deal with Puma. Incredibly, he was the ONLY rookie from the class of 2020 to sign a major sneaker contract before the start of the 2020/2021 season.
