Ginny & Georgia, an American comedy-drama show on television created by Sarah Lampert, was first premiered on Netflix on February 24th, 2021. In April 2021, the show was renewed for a second season which is set to start on January 5th, 2023.Ginny & Georgia follows Ginny Miller who is an "15-year-old who is more mature than her mother of 30 years", Georgia, in the New England town where Georgia decides to move in with her daughter Ginny and son Austin to provide them with an opportunity to live a life she never had.Georgia Miller arrives at Wellsbury with her teenage daughter Ginny and 9-year-old son Austin after her husband's death. Ginny meets Maxine her bad boy twin brother Marcus, and Hunter on her first day at the new school. After that she is spotted kissing Marcus and decides to take him out on a date. Georgia also gets to meet Joe who is Wellsbury's mayor and Ellen, her next-door neighbor and mother of Marcus, Maxine, and the mayor of Wellsbury, Paul. Ginny goes on a date with Hunter while Georgia and Ellen smoke marijuana. Ginny loses her virginity after returning from Marcus's night out.
