Tran Jeong

 Tran Jeong is a Vietnamese-American family physician. She is the wife of actor Ken Jeong, who is famous for his role as Ben Chang in the sitcom Community and the Gangster Leslie Chow in The Hangover film series. Tran's parents were of Vietnamese origin but she was born in the United States. She graduated from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and has been working as a family physician for nearly two years. In 2002, while she was working for Kaiser Permanente in West California, she met Ken, who was one of her coworkers. They dated for two more years prior to getting married in the year 2004. Tran as well as her husband have twin girls, Zooey and Alexa. In 2008, one year after the birth of their twins, Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer. After being diagnosed she was treated with 16 chemotherapy sessions and also had a mastectomy. Later she received radiation therapy. Through the whole ordeal, her husband served as her caretaker. The doctors told her in October of this year that she was free from cancer. Tran Jeong as well as her family members, and her physician, a Woodland Hills, California-based physician currently reside in Los Angeles.
