Richard Harrison who was an American Pawn Shop owner and reality TV star was value of more than $8 million at the time of his death in the year 2018. Richard "Old Man" Harrison was famous for being among the main actors on the popular History channel reality series "Pawn Stars" (2009-2015). His appearance and personality earned him "Old Man", which became his nickname in his 30s. Richard along with his son Rick established the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, Las Vegas, Nevada in 1989. The shop was open for business and he hadn't missed one day of work since 1994. "Pawn Stars" premiered in 2009 and less than three months later, it had become the most-watched program on the History Channel, and it led to the popular spin-off program, "American Restoration" in the year 2010. Harrison was featured in more than 270 episodes on "Pawn Stars." "Richard "Old Man" Harrison was born Richard Benjamin Harrison Jr. on March 4, 1941 in Danville, Virginia. His family relocated to Lexington, North Carolina when Richard was very young. He was a student at Lexington High School but dropped out of the school during his junior year. He then dropped out when he was 14 years old, he was a dropout.
