Tran-Jeong

 Tran Jeong is a doctor in the American family from Vietnam. She is married to actor Ken Jeong, who is known for his portrayal of Ben Chang in the sitcom Community and as the Gangster Leslie Chow in The Hangover film series. Tran's parents are of Vietnamese origin, but she was born in the United States. She graduated from UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine. She has been a family doctor for almost two decades. In 2002, when she was employed for Kaiser Permanente in West California she was introduced to Ken who was one of her coworkers. They dated for another two years before they were married in 2004. Tran and her husband are parents to twin girlsnamed Zooey (Alexa) and Zooey (Alexa) In 2008, just one year after the birth of their kids, Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer. Following her diagnosis, she was treated with 16 sessions of chemotherapy , and had an operation called a mastectomy. Then she was treated with radiation. Her husband was the primary caregiver throughout the entire process. In October of 2010, her doctors told her that she was cancer-free. Presently, Tran Jeong and her family reside in Los Angeles, California, and she also has a clinic in Woodland Hills, California.
