Jameela Jamil

 Jameela Alia Jamil (born 25 February, 1986) is a British presenter and actress. Her career began with Channel 4, where she hosted a show about pop culture in the T4 segment from 2009 until 2012. From 2009 until 2012, she was a T4 strand host for a pop culture series. She later became host of the radio show The Official Chart and co-hosted The Official Chart Update with Scott Mills on BBC Radio 1. Jamil was the first female host to the chart show on BBC Radio 1. She relocated to the United States in 2016. In the NBC Fantasy Comedy series The Good Place, she played Tahani Al Jamil. TBS is a late-night game show The Misery Index, is hosted by Jamil. Legendary judges her voguing reality contest show. Jamil was involved in two superhero projects in 2022: DC League of Super-Pets animated film and the Marvel Cinematic Universe television series She-Hulk, Attorney at Law. The actress stated that Jamil was born with congenital hearing loss and labyrinthitis. Both of which she had had many operations to correct.
