 Julia Fiona Roberts was born on the 28th of October on the 28th of October, 1967. She is well-known for her role in films that cover many genres. Roberts has been awarded a variety of awards which include the Academy Award, British Academy Film Award and three Golden Globe Awards. Her films have grossed over $3.9 billion in the world which makes Roberts one of Hollywood's most popular stars. She established herself as a lead actress with the romantic comedy Pretty Woman (1990), which earned $464 million globally. The 1990s saw Roberts starred in a number of commercially successful films, including Notting Hill (1999), My Best Friend's Wedding (1997) as well as Runaway Bride (1999). She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in Erin Brockovich (2000). Roberts continued film success by releasing Ocean's Eleven (1901), Ocean's Twelve (2004) and Charlie Wilson's War (2007).
