He was nicknamed "the Sheriff" and spent 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. the Colts, aswell being a part of the Denver Broncos. Manning is widely regarded as to be one of the best quarterbacks who ever played. A part of the Manning football dynasty, he is the second son of former NFL quarterback Archie Manning and older brother of the former NFL quarterback Eli Manning. He was a college football player at Tennessee. As a senior, he won the Maxwell and Davey O'Brien awards, as in addition to Johnny Unitas' Golden Ar Awards. The Colts selected Manning first overall in the 1998 NFL Draft. He served as their quarterback of choice between 1998 until 2010.
