Gal Gadot-Varsano (Hebrew Gadot-Varsano, Hebrew ga'dotborn 30 April 1985) is an Israeli model and actress. When she was 18, she was crowned Miss Israel 2004. Gadot was able to attain global stardom for her portrayal of Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe, including in Batman Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Batman Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Wonder Woman (2017) and Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021).She has since appeared in the Netflix action-comedy film Red Notice (2021) and the thriller Death on the Nile (2022).Dubbed the "biggest Israeli superstar" by local media publications, Gadot was included on the list of the 100 most influential individuals in the world by Time in 2018. She also has placed twice in annual rankings of the world's highest-paid actresses.
